Last year, on January 7th, we lost a very important person. My "Pa," Lucas' Great Grandpa, passed away. I am SO thrilled Lucas was able to meet his Great Grandpa. Lucas was Pa's first, great-grand child. I wish Lucas could have known him better, he was a hoot! I know he is watching over our little munchkin, though! We love you and miss you, Pa!

Awww...that's a sweet tribute. We lost my "Poppy" about 3 1/2 years ago when I was pregnant with Abbey and I still think about him each and every day. I too am happy that my boy got to meet and spend some time with him. He says he remembers him, but I'm not sure if he truly remembers or has confused pictures with memories. Either way. he was certainly loved!
