Lucas' First Christmas Concert
I challenge you to find something cuter than a group of 3-5 year olds dressed up like ornaments singing Christmas songs. To. Die. For. So adorable.
I wasn't sure how well Lucas would do in front of an audience. I think the 3 weddings he was in this summer cured him of any stage fright he may have had.
Highlights of the night:
1. His cute little grin when he found us in the audience and waved. See picture below.
2. He clapped after every song.
3. Picking his nose and wiping it on the stage...good grief, how embarrassing!
4. Hand motions during the songs.

Elks Christmas Party 2010
We went to 'Mimi & Papa's Club,' as Lucas calls it, for the children's Christmas party. Face painting, balloon guy, puppet show, lunch and Santa, what more could a kid ask for?
Jackson and his ladybug
Lucas got a sword
Sword fighting with Papa
Santa Baby
Lucas the Red Nose Reindeer?
I love picking Lucas up from preschool and finding out what kind of projects he did that day. His school does a lot of cute and creative things. Here is a headband he made last week. I love the eyelashes he drew in.
Da Boys!
*I promise Lucas owns other pj's besides these green dinosaur ones. I think every picture of him in jammies he is wearing these. He got them from our good friends Joe & Chrissy and he is in love with them. I pretty much wash them daily.

Mamarazzi with some Paparazzi, too!
On Sunday we bought a new camera. Brian and I gifted it to ourselves for Christmas. It is a very cool camera, but one that is going to require lots of practice and learnin.' Here are some of our first attempts with the camera. I think we took these our first 2 days of ownership. If you are a professional photog I am sure these will make you cringe. :) Practice makes perfect and we are trying.
Cooking
Lucas loves to help me in the kitchen. The other day we made Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers. One word....YUM.
