Swimming with Cousins

Jim, Reagan, Riley, Caroline & Caleb came from Iowa to help us celebrate Jackson's 1st Birthday. We spent some time at the pool. Boy are the Faust's a family of fish! It was a little chilly and the water was cold but that didn't stop 'em! They had a great time.

Trying to Catch Up!

Well, this little guy is in bed and Lucas is playing with Brian. Maybe, just maybe I can catch this thing up!

Gone Fishing

One Father's Day Brian and his Dad took Lucas fishing for the first time. He had so much fun. Lucas was the only one to catch anything. He caught 3 fish! It must have been his lucky spiderman fishing pole. :)

Front Door Nest

This morning Rach told me she kept hearing this tapping on the front door (without anyone actually near the door). Of course, I first thought she was crazy, but I thought differently when I heard it myself. After some investigation (and some sneaky camera work), I discovered the culprit. This mama robin has been hard at work all morning...

I first saw her in the tree directly out from our porch. Mouth full of material, she was just waiting to get back to work...

Apparently she senses the "good home" vibe coming from inside. :)

My big brother is a daddy and I am so excited! Here is my new nephew Kallen, only a day old. Can't wait to get my hands on him.

Flowers

Some of the flowers we planted are starting to bloom... Maybe if we can get some more sunny days (instead of rain) we'll have more to show...
